Like Me

My son, is like me.

He has a big heart, like me.

He loves, like me.

He smiles, like me.

He cries, like me.

He laughs, like me.

He gets angry, like me.

When he’s happy, he’s like me.

When he’s sad, he’s like me.

When he’s hard on himself, he’s like me.

When he gives up, he’s like me.

When he’s lazy, he’s like me.

When he’s dedicated, he’s like me.

I didn’t make him by myself, but he came from me.

So when I carried him for nine months, he was at one, with me.

All the times I smiled, he smiled.

Any pain I felt, he felt.

So to see him grow, with all the emotion he shows, it’s because of me.

My son; me.
